Can I take my routine medications prior to surgery?

Please contact your surgeon or our nursing staff to review your medication list. Some medications are required to be held at least two weeks prior to surgery. If you are on blood thinners, please consult with the prescribing physician and your surgeon about the duration in which you must refrain from taking blood thinning products.

If your information, such as name and date of birth, are not entered exactly correct, the system will not recognize your scheduled surgery. Please call us to confirm we have all of your information input correctly in order to complete the questionnaire.

Please contact your surgeon’s office directly to get those items ordered and fulfilled right away. Delay in obtaining this information may result in your surgery having to be rescheduled to a later date.
