Billing Info
Syringa Outpatient Surgery Center is a separate facility from your surgeon’s office and will bill you directly for the services provided.
- If Covered by Insurance
- You are responsible for paying any co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible fees by the date of service.
- Provider, facility, and anesthesia fees are billed separately.

- If Self-pay
- The surgical coordinator will contact you two weeks prior to surgery to discuss payment collection.
- Payment is due one week prior to surgery unless other arrangements have been made.
- Syringa Outpatient Surgery Center will collect the facility and anesthesia portion of your patient responsibility. You will pay your provider directly for their fees.

Pay Online
Please follow the link and provide the required information. You will receive an email or text message with a secure link to enter your payment information. When making a payment, please reference the patient’s medical record number or name and date of birth.
Pathology
- If your surgeon requests for specimens or tissue to be sent to the pathologist, you will receive a bill directly from the pathology lab.
